Song: Happy Birthday to you!!
zhu4 ni3 sheng1 ri4 kuai4 le4
Happy Birthday Song. The first phrase of the song might be hard for you to understand, but you shouldn't have any difficulty understanding the second parts. I like this one, do you?
Happy Birthday:Flash: The first time you listen to the song, there might be some interruptions. However, if you try it the second time, the music and movie should continue without any breaks.

小朋友, 你好!! (Little friends, greetings!!)
This is the best website for learning authentic Chinese dialogues. I am a huge fan of theirs. The only problem I have is with the sometimes too lengthy English introduction. However, you are always in control. Just move the cursor to the part you want to listen to. Save the audio files in your MP3 and you can listen to them all the time or save them in your computer file, organize them for better access.
Again, I salute them for their efforts.

Here is another website on numbers as well as Chinese characters for the numbers.
Colors. If that's too much, stick with the primary colors plus black and white first.

Things we've learned this semester
Ni Hao,
I'd like to use this blog to post everything we've learned so far this semester so that you can catch up if you miss the classes or need to review some of the stuffs we've done in class. Besides, I can post other useful links here and by doing this, stop inundating your inbox. Every person has his or her own goals. In this way, you can learn Chinese at your own pace and comfort level, which I think is the best.
Hao le ma? (Ready?) Let's start.
Greetings in Chinese Always move the mouse down to the conversation part. If you click the speaker icon, you can hear the phrase repeat again and again. Try it.
Thank you! You're welcome.: Common Phrases in Chinese. Again move the mouse a little bit down until the conversation section.
That's quite a lot. We'll stop now for today.
